I’m so pleased and happy with the performance, the product, the design, the quality of the frame and the canvases material, that I don’t even know to starting my review. I’m ecstatic beyond words could described. Having the awning installed, it instantly gives a more polished look to the patio and added value to my home. More importantly, this installation was done in a day, and the price is so much more affordable; Also, I can change the canvas anytime that I choose to. During the process an after, my patio stayed clean. No messiness with concrete, bricks, cement, ton of materials laying around, etc. Before, my patio was dull boring looking, no cover when I want to sit outside. When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies.  We choose to go with PatioCrew.  Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it.  Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with.  They specialize in patio covers and it shows.  They got the permit from the city for us and had no problem hooking up lights and fans under the cover.  The workmanship and quality is great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

Al & Steve came to give me an estimate for a patio/porch cover in front of my house.  I wanted it to look like it was part of the house, and I wanted to have a high sealing.  My house is built with an A frame front, so if it was put just under the bottom of the eve, it would be just above the window, which was too low.  Al & Steve were wonderful to work with.  They met with me at least 3 times before the patio cover was scheduled to be installed.  They answered all my questions and instilled confidence that they could make it happen they way I would like it to look.  Steve advised that Michael Kinsman would be installing the cover.  Michael was on time and very professional.  Instead of cutting off a portion of the eve, Michael incorporated the eve into the patio cover and it looks really great.  He made the whole look of the patio cover seem to be a part of the house.  Very talented I would say.  He was also a great person to work with.  He advised me on what switches to install for the fan (yes, they installed the fan for free.  That was very impressive and appreciated.)  I love my new front porch and it was all due to these people.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks so much!"

"I used them several times and I like them very much. It was very reasonable. We had them at our house several times. They just were fantastic. They were awesome. It took them three hours to clean the windows in the house. They were excellent. They were very professional and very punctual. I felt that their fees were very reasonable. For the house, they charged couple of hundred dollars. It was a big two story house. They charge $125 here in the condo. It took them about an hour or maybe an hour and a half to clean the Condo."

"Not as well as I hoped. This is my second metal patio cover. The previous cover was done by another contractor whose professionalism and quality were stellar. Tom's was less so by contrast. The bid did not specify what was to be done with the excavated footing soil. As such I was left to dispose of soil. My bad, I should have addressed it. However, I cannot help but feel a professional company would have brought up my lack of foresight. Tom's company seems to sell the job out to an installer. This created a communication issue between the 3 of us. The installer was also hurried. Workmanship could also have been better, especially compared to my other cover. I'm not talking about materials. Specifically, cuts, measurements, and installation techniques."
