I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote. It was a very fair price so i told them to change out my other two faucets because all of them were old.
