"When the owner of Md. Curbscape came to my house to review the work to be done and give me an estimate, I was very impressed. He was very nice and listened to what I wanted done without interruption or making me feel like he had someplace better to be. His estimate was lower or compatible to the other two estimates I got. He began the work on the date we agreed. His crew removed a two-car concrete driveway, apron and sidewalk. The crew could not have been more professional and respectful of our yard and the surrounding area. When they were finished they cleaned up the street and yard like they had never been there. The work crew were not subcontractors but employees of Md. Curbscape. They worked seamlessly and meticulously to turn out a beautiful stamped concrete driveway with a broom finished sidewalk and apron. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the integrity and great communications of the owner. If you are considering concrete work it would serve you well to have Md. Curbscape look at your job and give you an estimate. I highly recommend this company. I plan to use them again."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

After a severe windstorm damaged my roof, I called my insurance company and then researched / contacted several roofers in my area. As a result of so much damage most roofing companies were extremely busy. Walter Brown was the only one who had their staff working diligently to take calls, and somehow managed to fit me into their schedule even though they were inundated with emergency work. Two workers arrived as the rain started and tarped the damaged areas. Everyone at Walter Brown consistently replied to my emails and continued to stay in touch with me as we worked through the color selection and scheduling of replacing my roof.
