"Residential Heat Pump failure. Previously serviced by another company, Told would need to replace system. Called Phil for estimate, explained chronological history of failure. He listened, looked, checked and tested and identified the point of failure, Replaced that part from his truck and the system is running again as it should. Phil explained clearly as he worked, very informative, professional and personable. I highly recommend Philco Mechanical Services and will call on them for my seasonal inspection and service."

"Terrific service and competitive pricing! Wes quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and ordered the new motor. He is kind and patient, answering all of my questions and advising me on general AC upkeep. He returned a day early to install the new motor and cool air started flowing on a 90 degree day. ? And, the best part, the bill was $200 less than the estimate. ??? I have found my new Cooling & Heating company in Dave's!"

"Their very polite and tried to be helpful. It took multiple times to get the system to work. I felt some things should be under warranty It comes to find out it was the motherboard. They were trying to be helpful but not sure why it took so long to get it fix."
