Their price for a sewer cleanout install (requiring small-scale excavation) was on par with the other companies I contacted (actually a bit less), but what impressed me was how thorough Steve was in providing detailed information about what would be required. He was the only one who assured me they could put the cleanout where we wanted it (hidden in mulch bed) as opposed to whatever was most convenient for the crew (in the case of the other companies). Even further, when the work was complete, I was shocked that not only did they perfectly level the earth around the excavation, but they even put back all the mulch and edging--I just assumed I'd be doing this cleanup after they were done. "Process works! Several rainfalls later and basement wall is dry. A couple of the rains were very heavy and hairline crack would have allowed some water to penetrate wall if it had not been repaired by Scott and the process he uses. Highly recommend Scott and his process for repairing hairline cracks in basement wall foundation."
