"We had an interesting challenges with a critter (we thought just one) in our house. Initially had the team seal off the house around the outside of the first floor thinking the animal was getting via a first floor entry. The also set some bait traps. After that did not solve the problem, the team sealed the roof line with one exit trap. They discovered an entry area where a squirrel could get in. After closing up the roof line we started catching flying squirrels inside the house. They were pretty easy to catch, docile, and we released them outside. Evidently a family of them had set up inside our house. We were able to trap and release all but one. The last one required a kill trap and the team was able locate the trail and set the trap. Our house is now critter free and has resilient barriers against animal entry everywhere. Price was higher than expected given the materials used, but they kept coming out to check and make things right. The cost did offset potential damage that could have been done."
