"We started having problems with our sewer. ARS/Rescue Rooter was called to evaluate what needed to be done. Bill came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. My husband and I were extremely impressed by his expertise re sewer mains. He was honest, competent and knowledgeable. I will certainly call them again."

"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.

My negative review is based on the extremely high price I paid for a simple drain cleaning. I still like the service tech that came out."

"Max Haas sent two employees over to drain our septic tank. They were very professional and informatvie. In addition, they made suggestions as to how we should treat our septic system in the future to help prevent such thick build up of sludge and keep it in more of a liquid state."

It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem.
