"I called ahead to make an appointment for my Beetle Convertible and found that I had to pay to reserve that. So I decided to bring it in without an appointment hoping to not wait too long. There was one customer ahead of me when I arrived so I waited less than an hour. I had never gotten window tinting before and the person providing the service was very helpful. My biggest concern was to eliminate as much heat as possible. He demonstrated the levels of tint so that I could actually feel the difference between them. The installation went smoothly and fairly quickly. He said to not roll down the windows for 5 days and he applied a red label on the window switches to remind me. He also said it would take up to 30 days to completely cure. I am very pleased with the results. There are no bubbles.."

"The owner of Windows Genie, Scott Brothers, called me to follow up to learn about how I felt about my windows being cleaned. I commented that I had never had my windows cleaned on the outside by having my Pella windows tilted on the inside and cleaned on the outsid. The windows on the lowest level of my three-story home were cleaned on the outside by a cleaning solution and brush and the windows did not appear to be as clean. Scott came to my home the following day because of my concern and I’m embarrassed to report that the water marks that I thought were on the outside were actually on the inside where I had previously cleaned the inside of my windows. I’m preparing this report in support of the work that Scott Brothers and his Window Genie crew did in cleaning the outside windows. He advised me that most window cleaners no longer squeegee windows for three-story homes on ladders as it is too unsafe for the window-cleaning crews and this is the manner in which windows are done on the outside today. "I hired a company to do window films on a lot of windows. They did a terrible job, bubbles everywhere. This company did not leave me high and dry though. They sent Bryan who came in and removed all the bad work and applied new films. Bryan is a perfectionist! I say this bc the job he did is absolutely perfect! There is no way to tell the windows have film on them. Unfortunately, I had had a 3rd company put film on a lot of other windows prior to this, and all those windows have window dust under the film which the company owner said could not be avoided. Well, Bryan doesn't have any window dust on any of his work! Plus he is a really nice guy and completely reliable and timely. Thank you, Bryan!"
