"Austin Van Sant knows his business. We had him take our solar panels off our roof as we had to have our roof repaired. Once that job was completed, Austin reinstalled our solar panels using a better footing installation that attaches to the rafters, thereby not having to cut any tiles (as the previous company Horizen Solar did, which caused roof leaks). He also applied a bird mesh to the bottom of the solar panels to prohibit birds from making nests. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious. I highly recommend Austin Van Sant and his partner Louie. They work fast, are light footed, and are very congenial. We are very pleased with their performance."

"The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
