"We had my kitchen remodel by the company it came out perfect thanks to Michael and the guys"

"IY Development did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel in San Francisco. The team was professional, quick, and made sure everything looked perfect. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend them!"

"Brian did and his crew did an awesome job and I'm very happy with the result. The new sink looks terrific and the oddly shaped bar top has been flattened out. Brian was always available to answer my questions and even had some tips for the other projects I had going on during my remodel."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Expert Home Builders did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel! They're easy to work with and very professional. Starting at the beginning, our quote was detailed and easy to understand. As part of the design for our new kitchen, their professional’s helped us pick out the exact materials we wanted. They take their work product and customer satisfaction very seriously! We are extremely happy with the overall quality and finished product of our kitchen. It’s a dream come true! These guys do top notch work! We will definitely have them back when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"I called Gil after seeing his offer on Angie's List for Tex-cote as we had just had someone else come out and give us a very high quote. He remembered that we had spoken about a year previously when a sales associate from their company had come out to give us a bid at that time, but we could not afford it then. We discussed him coming back out which he did and after another look at the proposed job, we agreed on a price (less than half of the other bid) and set a date to start for 12/29/14. He and his crew, including Luis who was the foreman on the project showed up on time as they did the five days it took to complete the work (we lost one day to rain). Luis and the crew were conscientious, professional, thorough, and did a complete, great job. We are extremely pleased with the result and they also hung a new garage door, cleaned up some concrete from the foundation of the garage that the builders had left, and left the place in pristine condition when finished. Each day, the trash was collected and put away out of sight of the street, as were their tools, etc., with Gil coming intermittently to check on the progress and how we were feeling about it. As they were finishing up today, we were so pleased with the work and the people that we hired them to do some cabinet work in our kitchen.

"The kitchen remodel with Ocean Seven Builders went smoother than we thought it would. Ron stayed involved throughout the process and kept us updated on progress. The quality of the cabinets and flooring is excellent, and the installation looks very precise. Overall, it was a solid experience with a good end result!"
