"Had Ever-Clean out for bid and worked with Daryl from Ever-Clean. Daryl carefully examined our replacement needs and demonstrated the product and install. I had done a good deal of research prior to calling them and it's a great product because given the height of my roof, I don't ever want to clean my gutters again! The install occurred about 4 weeks after signing the contract and took the crew a single day. We had a massive rainstorm in Clermont county the next night so naturally I stood outside in a heavy thunderstorm to monitor the new gutters. They had NO problem with the deluge of rain and they look great on the house. I will be using Ever-Clean to replace the remaining lower gutters and front of my home next Spring. It's a great system and a good company."

I dealt with another contractor to do my roof and gutters but the gutters were not completed or, as it turns out, done correctly. This review deals specifically with the box gutter. After contacting several contractors who could not finish the work I contacted Fusion. Drew scheduled a time for the estimate and was at my home on time, went on top of the porch to a**** the gutter and told me when to expect the quote. He was friendly and professional and the quote was delivered on time. I accepted the bid. He recognized the urgency in getting the repair done before the weather turned cold and the leaking gutter would allow ice to form on my steps and porch. Kevin called early the next day and a date and time was scheduled for the repair. He told me what needed to be done and the job would take most of the day. He was held up in traffic on the scheduled date but called and told me he was on the way. I'm sure it was valid based on news reports of accidents on the freeways that morning. He was less than an hour late and When he arrived he set up and went to work. He was also friendly and professional. The job took all of the morning and went well into the afternoon. He pointed out areas that were not done properly and areas that were not done at all. I got an education about box gutters this year. They require someone with skill and craftsmanship to work on them. Its a dying craft and finding people with it is getting harder find. I believe my gutter was done to a high standard by a craftsman that takes pride in his work! I recommend this company.
