He responded immediately and set the appointment for estimates. Gave me 6 years warranty, some options that's not too complicated and his quote was fair and sensible; far better than Lowe's. On the day of installation, he showed me the kind of materials he's using and his automated molder/bender machine and some free technical information regarding his craft. Before leaving, he again went around the house making sure he didn't missed a spot undone. Honestly, he didn't ask for this review but it's my own humble way of appreciation of his work."
