"First, let me start by stating that I seldom right reviews but felt compelled to right one this time.  Replacing the roof is a HUGE project.  It's one of the larger investments you make on your home and one of the most important. Given the life of shingles these days its likely you will only do it once.  I set out on this project to find a contractor that would do a high quality job, not cut corners, and not take advantage of my wallet.  All three of these were equally important especially the 'not cutting corners' as that infers trust.
I met with about five contractors whom had similar comparisons except for one whom stood out from the rest.  Yes, that was Adail.  Adail and his team were a pleasure to work with right from the beginning.  During the proposal phase, he showed me the materials he would use to which I reviewed on the web and found all to be the best quality.  He also explained everything in detail and met with me several times to review the project.  Adail even brought over several color samples.  Like the others, Adail knew how to roof and I felt would perform a quality job at a fair price.  Its Adail's personality and assurances to not cut corners which won my trust to move forward.
On the job, Adail and his team worked hard and did not disappoint.  They removed all shingles, replaced rotted boards, ran ice and water over the whole roof.  They also properly reworked the chimney and the dormers.  For the dormers, this included removing the cedar siding, put down ice and water, re-flashing, and putting on new cedar siding to ensure a water tight seal. Adail installed power vents and helped the plumber install new vent pipes.  They protected the house and kept a very clean workspace - as much as roofers could do.  
The time to complete the roof was longer than most companies as Adail uses a smaller team that he trusts and has worked with for several years vs subcontracting an army of strangers to do the roof in one day.  Although it took longer it allowed us to see the progress each step of the way and ensure corners were not being cut.  The whole time, Adail and his team had a smile and were courteous to our family AND the neighbors.
In the end, we have a fabulous looking roof which should keep our family dry and secure for decades ahead.  If we have a problem, which I doubt we will, I know we can count on Adail to be right there to take care of it.  I highly recommend working with Adail and his team on your most important roofing project."

"The service from Green Monster Gutters was excellent. Had several discussions with Paulo to discuss the project and costs before beginning. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. After completion, Paulo gave a demo of the work, including a drone flyover with a live camera to view the tops of the gutters and gutter guards- it was really cool! Green Monster Gutters does exceptional craftwork. I would hire again and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done."
