"Someone came out to the house, he seemed to be a nice guy, he looked at the heater pointed out several installation flaws and pronounced that the heater needed to be replaced. I got the distinct impression he just didnt feel like messing with it he didnt even look up the error code it was displaying. I paid close to $100 for this call. Several weeks later a different service fixed the heater by installing a $75 part and charged me another $75 to install it."

"Worst service in all my 53 years on this earth. Overtime I've used them it's been a complete disaster. Just moved into house late October, never owned a pool previously. They come to close it and they knock on my door and say sorry we stripped a screw on the face plate and are to busy to come back and extract it before winter so don't let any water get into your return over the winter. I said wait what?? Is that professional service? The next year put cover on wrong and I had to overhaul entire pump. They come to open it and they never took the plugs out and lost all my equipment from previous closing? I had to pay another guy to come do what they couldn't/didn't. If I can save one person the same fate as me, it will be worth this review. Use at your own risk, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE!!!"
