"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"Our install was done incorrectly the first time and the tankless water heater kept turning off with no hot water. It took couple of revisit for the technician to figure out the issue and now we do not see any issues since last three weeks. They have no emergency service on weekend we had to wait until Monday before we were able to get the hot water running back. Also the overall plumbing work was averagely done (pipes not installed straight and square)."

"The job went Extremely Well! Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. "Wake plumbing helped us with a complicated sewer line repair. Our line crosses over and ties in with 2 of our neighbors. The old clay pipes were collapsing and causing things to back up. We had previously had another company come but were very disappointed in their work. When Wake found out that we had just paid someone else to run a camera through the line they didn’t add that cost to our bill. They stayed late and made sure things were taken care of until the excavation could take place. The owner came on the next visit and discussed what steps needed to take place. "Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."
