"Valued and respected my needs and budget with an educated, yet no-pressure sales approach. Installation was available next day, and honored my schedule availability without issue. Installation team were phenomenal! Respected my property, cared for their own cleanliness of workspace, and provided hands-on training of my equipment, control devices, and maintenance. Exceptional service in every respect!"

"Zach at Frannie Mae Services was a pleasure to work with and he did a fantastic job doing a bunch of plumbing work at our house varying from replacing a faulty main water shutoff to a new toilet install. He was super professional and went above and beyond on the work. We intend to use Frannie Mae Services for additional work in the near future and we heavily recommend him!"

"Wake plumbing helped us with a complicated sewer line repair. Our line crosses over and ties in with 2 of our neighbors. The old clay pipes were collapsing and causing things to back up. We had previously had another company come but were very disappointed in their work. When Wake found out that we had just paid someone else to run a camera through the line they didn’t add that cost to our bill. They stayed late and made sure things were taken care of until the excavation could take place. The owner came on the next visit and discussed what steps needed to take place. Most importantly I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and made the repairs as affordable as possible. Wake is our new plumbing company. I will never need to call anyone else."

"Don was great and was very reasonably priced. I told him what some of the big name plumbing companies quoted me and he literally laughed out loud. Being a single female I feel like most contractors will charge outrageous amounts because they think I will pay whatever. Don is not like this he is an honest and trust worthy man. When I ever need any plumbing jobs in the future he will be the first guy I call."

"This is a large project, done in sections between the plumber and general contractor. Some of the exterior walls needed to be up to position the shower base for measurements. Then the jack hammer work was done, drains set, etc. There was time between parts to lett concrete dry, etc. Walls had to be built before shower and sink piping could be run. A large hole in upstairs bedroom had to provide access to vent stack, etc. Lastly the bathroom had to be finished before toilet and sink could be set. Ted was very easy and flexible, working with the contractor. What really impressed me, though, were the numerous areas where a lesser plumbler could have cut corners, hooked the vent stack illegally too low, etc. Pipes with shut off valves were properly braced in back so they did not move. Pipes were protected by plates from drywall screws. What a delight to see a professional who would not accept anything less. Ted is also a very pleasent person to talk to and he likes a clean work space (even if he does have the world's worst looking broom)."
