Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

"LLG responded quickly to my online request for an estimate. Nick provided ideas as well as working with my requested changes and updates. The estimate was detailed and split up in a way I could have adjusted portions of the project to fit my budget. They started a month earlier than expected, which worked out well for me. Everyone was professional and was obviously experienced in garden design. Garden beds were expertly realigned and flagstone reset for a smoother flow around the area. A beautiful transformation of my backyard garden and patio."

"Chris Stumpf and his team were amazing! They remodeled all three of the bathrooms in our rental property. Since it is a rental, we needed the materials to be hardy and we were on a budget. Not only did Chris and his team do a beautiful job on our baths, they also completed a great deal of smaller projects that needed to be done. I would highly recommend using Chris Stumpf and his team for your next bath remodel!"

"I've waited for a couple of weeks to post this review just to verify that everything was working (and if not, how Spartan would follow-up). There have been no issues so here goes: I reached out to Spartan through Angie's list in mid December - they got back to me the next day and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I eventually decided to go with Spartan because I wanted to do business with a smaller local company and their estimate was in-line with what else I had received (also - most of their reviews were quite positive). Work began early January. I dealt with Mike for the majority of the planning phase - I very much appreciate his willingness to work around my schedule and meet with me in the earlier part of the mornings. Chad then was my point of contact for the actual remodeling phase, and I believe also did much of the work (I moved out of the house while the work was being done so I'm not sure who else worked on it). Honestly, the work was done as a repair (the tile in my shower was failing and the floor needed work due to a prior leak) more than something that was done as a voluntary upgrade, so when asked for design choices I pretty much said that I didn't care and let Chad figure that out. I'm kind of glad that I did because the new bathroom looks fantastic (Onyx shower panels/vanity top and a gray colored motif). The overall experience was a positive one - the workmanship appears very solid and although I had moved out for the duration of the remodel, I was at the house for a few hours every single day and could see the progress being made. If forced to mention any drawbacks from the service I can only really think of one - clean up. Overall, the workers did a fantastic job cleaning up...my home was no doubt cleaner than when they had arrived. However - there some leftover debris from the floor repair that had found its way behind the washing machine in my basement. I will mention that the rest of the area where debris had fallen was cleaned well, they just missed that one area. This is nothing that a few minutes with a shop-vac wasn't able to remedy, but I figured I'd mention it so that this review wasn't just unbridled praise. I would hire Spartan again to do more work on my home."
