The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work."
