"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did. Longo Plumbing is our plumber anytime we need one and you won't be sorry you hired them."
