"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. "The shower wouldn’t shut off he came out on a sunday. Thought it was just a valve replacement but the fixture was to old and repiped and put new fixtures in. I’ll say it again I live in Elk Grove and he same down from el dorado hills. Definitely quality work !!"

"It is always a pleasure working with Mike. His politeness and professionalism will brighten your day. When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself. When I asked him how much I owe him, he said no charge. I asked again to be sure, and he said he was not in the house long so he won't charge me. "When we purchased the house, it was a 30 year old home. Almost everybody in the period of five years to seven years wanted to convert to copper plumbing. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."
