"We were referred to Kris through a friend who also used Creative Home Remodeling for their beautiful home in Palos Verdes. We received 3 bids for our project and we're impressed with David and Kris from the start. We had some initial delays due to city permits, but Kris was great at setting expectations as this is our first home and first remodel project. Once we were approved to start work, Kris and his team did everything they could to make up for lost time and hit our move-in timeline. As mentioned before, this was our first rodeo when it comes to a home construction project and Kris was patient with us throughout the whole process. He was very helpful with design elements, and vendor and material suggestions to keep costs down. And like most older home purchases, we did run into some surprises...like a leaky roof, outdated electrical and uneven floors. Creative Home Remodeling was great at working with us to get these worked into our scope, timeline and contract. It was always a pleasure working with Kris. He is a great communicator, very responsive, and his attention to detail is incredible! He remembers everything! Their team of workers were all amazing as well. Shout out to Francisco and Ozzy! We always felt comfortable having the workers in our space and they always had a smile on their faces and were very professional. All said and done we basically did everything you could do to a house, and we can safely say we love every inch of it! It's exactly what we wanted and Creative Home Remodeling showed us that your home remodel doesn't have to be a nightmare. We can't wait to work with them again on our garage update, and next home!"

"Working with Nathan & KN Remodeling was the best decision we made when undertaking our garage conversion job. Nathan understood exactly what we wanted, knew our budget parameters and provided us with a range of options that helped us stay within what we were seeking to spend. We wanted it to be NICE, but didn't need to over-do any of the finishes and spend needlessly on areas that were going to be used in-frequently. The end result was fantastic. The workmanship was of the highest order, the job was executed efficiently and with constant communication and oversight. The whole job was stress free and delivered on time. I can't recommend KN Remodeling highly enough!"

"Mike remodeled the upstairs of our condo five years ago and did such a great job that he was the only contractor we wanted for our downstairs kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again he and his crew did a great job"

"We hired this pro for a bathroom remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent, communication was clear throughout the project, and everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The bathroom turned out even better than we expected. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this pro to anyone looking for quality remodeling work."

He has extensive experience in all aspects of home renovation and remodeling, from pools, kitchens, and bathrooms to flooring and roofing. Amir is truly a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him for any future renovation, remodeling, or home improvement needs. I highly recommend him and his team."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and paid incredible attention to every detail. They kept the work area clean, communicated with us throughout the project, and delivered exactly what they promised."

"Flat Rate Remodeling has completed four separate and distinct projects for us. The most recent project was the complete renovation of two bathrooms. The results were amazing. They are well organized. Avi put together and executed the plan. Flat Rate scheduled for and were present for the city inspectors. We gave them the key and left town while they completed the work. Their contractors were honest, reliable, and skilled in their craft. We are delighted with the results and will hire them again."
