Got an estimate and we settled on a date a couple days later. (While Josh said they could do it right away we couldn't.) 3. They came, they saw, they informed, they fixed, they cleaned up, 4. The stairs look (and work) wonderful. 5. The cost was less than the estimate. So, I'm thinking WHAT IN HELL KIND OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS THIS? 1. Nice guys 2. Highly skilled in their work/field. 3. Informative on any issues during the work. 4. Did what they said they would do. 5. Fixed the stair issues. 6. While we were writing the check (less than the estimate), One of them was tightening door knobs, door hinges. I said, "Hey, you guys..." and Josh said, "We fix things". What kind of construction company? THE BEST! (One thing I would recommend: If it's inside work, you might consider some ear plugs)."
