"Nick came out and spent over an hour of his own time figuring out the root cause of the garage light malfunction as it is on the same circuit as the installed driveway lights. The garage light burned out due to a manufacturing defect which Nick found. He removed the light, secured and sealed off the power lines and covered the box on his own time. The garage light was defective and the wires inside it had caught fire. I have ordered replacement lights which I will have Nick replace when they arrive. I have used Improvement Zone for several tasks around my home and the work is of excellent quality. I find the company easy to work with and their responsiveness to my problems has been outstanding, as demonstrated by this latest incident. "We contacted AnyAssembly to install our Murphy Bed.  They were easy to contact and we were able to schedule installation rather quickly.  We felt their price was fair ($500.00).  We did run into one problem, which is why we aren't rating them higher.  While installing one of the panels of the bed, they damaged the piece.  The damage did not affect the functioning of the bed, but was noticeable to the naked eye.  They came back out and spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix the problem...unsuccessfully.  We let them know that we expected them to (1) pay for the manufacturer of the bed to make and ship a new panel and (2) properly install the panel when it arrived.  Fortunately, we did not have to test our demands because the manufacturer sent a new panel to us at no cost.  Once the new piece arrived, AnyAssembly came out and properly installed it.  <br />"

"Contacted company on a Wednesday, work would have been completed next day however we had to reschedule to Friday due to rain. I had a leak in my roof that I assumed came from the vent pipe. The crew came out and replaced the vent pipe collar but they also notice that the actual pvc pipe was actually cracked in the attic they were able to fix that as well. Both Gentlemen were very nice and took time to answer all of my questions."
