"I recently used them and was very satisfied with their service. They were able to fit me in even though I called last minute (called on a Friday for Monday). They did not give me a set time for an appointment since they were trying to schedule me in when they could but they called me before heading over and were punctual. They actually came first thing in the morning which worked out better for me. The cleaning was done because we were moving out and were going to rent the home so they suggested we also do Scotch-guard, which we did. They were thorough and worked quickly. "We had three quotes from local firms. GA Floors was the lowest cost of the three with comparable quality. ?Highest estimate was $22000, next highest was $17000. GA Floors was $15500. Installation went smoothly. The installers, husband and wife team, were very friendly, very skilled, and easy going. The job was initially estimated to take 3 or 3 1/2 days, it actually took 5 days but it was a very big job. Lots of furniture to move. One mistake was when GA floors gave them some carpet from two different rolls for one of the bedrooms, so the direction of a 3' swath was different than the rest of the room. ?GA floors replaced the carpet the next day without question. Very professional. Everyone likes the way the carpet and hardwood turned out. ?We are very happy with the results, the price and the overall experience."
