"Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."

"I must say, I was very considerate to this company. I allowed them to correct their mistakes, gave them the benefit of the doubt. They had months, close to a year, to complete a grade three water damage situation including a new roof and new drywall. It's less than 30 days before insurance will stop paying out and unfortunately, they cannot be bothered to finish on time. They gave the "run around," didn't answer phone calls, tried to take advantage. I am sorry to say they will be defending themselves in court. It's most unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone on the PLANET. May Jesus, the Better Business Bureau, the DBPR and anyone else I can find have mercy on their souls. I know I won't. Hey Frank, Tim and the several other people you passed us off to, I hope you all have a fantastic day. I cannot believe you all reviewed your own company. Insecure much?"

"I am happy to recommend Paul and Cyndi Caruso of Corban Construction to execute your next construction project. They have just completed enclosing our previously screened lanai. The project was completed professionally and looks great. The professionalism starts with the very comprehensive detailed bid package. We interviewed several contractors and received bid packages which were illegible, not very specific and didn’t do the amount of work Corban was going to do. Paul’s sale was not high pressure, but just very matter of fact – “here’s what we’re going to do and here’s the cost.” The slowest part of the project was getting through the design drawing and then permitting. Once that portion was completed and subs started getting on site then things moved much better. (Note, when you are considering a project make sure you take into account major holidays where workers have time off. This is not unique to Corban, but is a consideration when dealing with any tradesmen. ) Paul did a wonderful job of communicating the time line on the project and what was going to happen daily through the process. We knew what was going to happen in the week and if changes occurred he promptly updated the work schedule. Whenever work was underway he would stop by sometime during the work to observe and answer questions. His subs were professional as well. If issues surfaced or work was not satisfactorily completed, Paul made sure it was completed satisfactorily.
