He came in and seen that my entire carpet areas had been bleached and he said there was nothing he could do to save the carpet. Then he said I can replace it all for a discounted rate and being that I have a owner walk through tomorrow I said yes not only did he give me the best price the quality of work he did for my whole townhouse was top notch!!! "Working with Rigo and his team was amazingly easy! He promptly setup an appointment to measure and provide a quote to install approximately 1400 sq ft of laminate flooring which was much more reasonable than others. He communicated his pricing and scope of work via email and even communicated his timing using email to confirm appointments. He also recommended a flooring supplier to obtain another quote for materials as the 1st quote I received seemed very high. I was able to obtain the materials for half the price I was originally quoted. The supplier was easy to work with and coordinated with Rigo to expedite material availability. Rigo was proactive to point out the best approach for installation as we were removing carpet and hard surface. His crew took care not to damage any other surfaces during the removal of existing flooring. One area required additional prep work to ensure proper look which he completed and charged a nominal amount. I was very thankful to have someone so knowledgeable that anticipated and communicated concerns up front to ensure that the best look could be achieved. While we were on an extremely tight schedule he worked around painters, tile crew and other subs without any complaints. He finished the job in record time without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship of the installation was near perfection! He also painted and installed new baseboards which finished the look beautifully. I would use Rigo and his team again for ALL of my flooring needs without hesitation!"

"Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."

"I have a 2-story condo in North Pomona and the toilet over-flowed, I contacted Complete Carpet Restoration and talked with Gary. He was so reassuring that everything would be ok. He said he would be there within the hour and he was. Monty, the supervisor assessed the severity of the damage and was very kind. Gary, the owner then called me to let me what needed to be done. Air movers, dehumidifiers, dry wall needed to be cut-out, ceiling had to be dropped and new carpet. He contacted the insurance company and was able to relocate my tenants into a hotel for two weeks. The time it took to get the water damage completely redone. Gary stayed in contact with me providing me details as it was coming along. They packed out the furniture and made sure everything was safe into their warehouse. It looks fantastic. It was a smooth transition. I am so happy with the service and the care given by Gary."

"The overall experience with the New Floor Co. was excellent.  Dan Paik is the owner of the company.  He quickly responded to my initial call, came to my house and evaluated the job and prepared an estimate promptly.  Dan came across as very competent.  I felt secure that he knows wood floors inside and out.  After accepting the bid, I was introduced to Victor Munoz.  Victor is lead installation man in the company.  Victor is a real craftsman and perfectionist.  
My house is pretty old, built around 1908.  The job required a good amount of leveling to make the floor look uniformly flat.  Victor did this artfully.  He went under the house to secure and strengthen the subfloor where it was loose.  The doors needed some cutting to accommodate the new floors.  Victor even fixed things along the way that were not functioning.  For example, my front door opened and closed roughly.  He fixed it in no time flat.  Two other people were on the job with Victor, Gi (his brother) and Deshawn (brother in-law).  Both worked very hard and contributed their know how to completing the job.  Aside from being very hard workers, all three of these guys are very pleasant, professional and total gentlemen.  By the time the job was nearing completion, I actually felt like these guys became friends.  
After all is said and done, my floors look awesome!  The team at New Floors Co met and surpassed my expectations.  I highly recommend them.
