"The prices were very competitive. I loved their service. They were totally professional. The installation went great. The product has held up very well. The experience all the way around has been really great. The only issue , or gripe I may have is, they do such good work, and are so popular, that scheduling was difficult."

"LeafFilter was great! The representative came to our home and was knowledgeable & friendly. He explained to us how these gutters were different & they were a lifetime warranty. They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. However, with a lifetime (50 years) warranty, we’re hoping to never think about gutters again."

"Miguel came out to meet me for a estimate, he was thorough and polite. He didn't bull his way through like a car salesman. He is a decent man and reasonable."

"They are very caring about needs and go the extra mile."

"Initial bid was outrageous. If we agreed to sign up without getting other bids, the payoff was reduced by almost 30%. The Job was a little delayed because the condition of the underlying ply boards was worse than anticipated. The extra charges on replacing the ply boards was initially bid at an outrageous cost. Removal of the portable toilet from our front lawn took almost 3 weeks after the job was done- after we called the portapotty company ourselves."

"Nothing exciting here, the gutters were cleaned as promised.

"Arrived on time. Cleaned and re-hung loose gutters. Company did not want to install the gutters that I wanted for the garage because the job was too small. Good crew, and they seem well-organized. Work was done quickly and efficiently."

"Udi and his crew did a great job removing my old, rotting galvanized steel gutters and installing new OG aluminum gutters. His crew was fast, professional, and on time; Udi knew exactly what needed to be done and his bid was exactly right. When there was a small problem at the end of the job, Udi came right back to fix it and didn't charge anything - that's real service!
I have some old redwood gutters on the back of my house and when I've figured out how to fix my roof (!) I'll call Udi to do the gutter work. Totally recommend him and his company.

"Essential builders is exactly what I was looking for and needed, David was my property manager, very professional and explained everything A-Z thoroughly. I would highly recommend and be referring them. P.S thanks for matching my rafter colors to its original. Very much appreciated!"
