Even though we live over an hour away, the response for an estimate was quicker than some local companies. He proceeded on the roof for the estimate even though a rain shower started. Estimate was competitive even with their higher quality materials. We were not in a rush, so we allowed them to wait to fit us into schedule. They followed up many times until a date was set. We needed a custom gutter made and Jamieson made several visits to ensure proper construction of the gutter. When work did begin, the entire crew was professional, courteous, and took great care with our property. A leak was discovered near one gutter and it was professionally repaired, even down to the smallest trim piece. The siding and gutter/downspout in that area looked much better when they were done. Structural problems were found in a valley and they made quality repairs before water proofing and continuing with the roofing. Everything was pointed out and discussed with us before continuing how we wanted. The custom gutter for the very odd area of roof fit perfectly and looks like part of the house. Even to an untrained eye, the quality of work stands out. The shingles look amazing. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up so well that it's like they were never here. Definitely use this company and when you compare bids don't overlook the fact that they likely have better quality materials in the bid. That's what we found.Oh ya, we troubled them to shingle the playhouse too and it looks just as amazing as the house. No slackers here."

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years.
