"Marley arrived at our home and assessed the repair of our washing machine. He replaced the boot seal and performed an operational check, no issues. Marley and his partner then reinstalled the dryer on top of the washer in a very tight space. The technicians were polite, professional and competent. Would definitely use Quality Tech Repair for any future appliance repair."

"He did such an amazing job from finding the issue in our washing machine to fixing and walking us through the process so we can avoid this issue again, he made sure everything was perfect with no mistakes! The customer service was genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had, and I will be using his service for any future issues I may have with my washer or dryers! Highly recommend to anyone as they are affordable, fast, kind and reliable!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"It was very easy to make an appointment. They were available the following day and set up a morning repair per my request. The service technician was courteous, clean, neat and quick (about 30 min start to finish)! Price slightly higher than expected, but you do get what you pay for. Only upgrade would to be more specific with a time block for the appointment, perhaps a 3 to 4 hour window.

"Oscar came to repair my washer. He was the nicest repair man EVER. He was professional, appreciative, and just a joy to have repair my washer. I cannot say enough kind words, but I will always recommend this company, and Oscar especially. He came on a Saturday morning. He was on time. I did not call until 8:30 am on Saturday, he called at 9 and was here by 10:30 and fixed my washer. He did not leave a mess, and I am back to doing laundry. Thank G d for Oscar."
