"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"Talked to Steve initially, he was very responsive. He quoted me no labor, just a service charge and parts, as he said and quot;less then $200.00and quot;. I still have the text that I sent to my friend with his quote that I sent immediately after talking to him while I was very pleased with the response and quote. I was told to call another number and schedule. I left three messages with no return calls. Finally a return call and a very nice, professional and apologetic response, and she told me they would call on Friday or Saturday morning to let me know when they would be in the area. I also affirmed that if this runs a little more then the cash I have on hand, what were other payment options. She doubted it would run over but would take my personal check. No call (again), so I made other plans with friends in town since they clearly were not coming out. Saturday afternoon I am in town with friends enjoying myself and I get a call that they are at my house (no notice!) to do the work on the well. Are you kidding me??? I had to leave my friends and rush home, very disappointed how this transpired. They did grad A quality work and were nice. Problem: she kept turning off and quot;alland quot; of the power to my house instead of the and quot;welland quot; switch which was right there where she was flipping on and off, and the panel is clearly marked with two switches and quot;houseand quot; and and quot;welland quot;. Fans, AC, and all clocks going on and off, on and off. Then I was handed a bill for $400.00 and she bragged about the discount she gave me. What can you say when the work is done, you can' t undo the work they just performed?? How did we go from $200 to $400???? Twice the price and not expected nor discussed. Nice folks, but I was disappointed with the cost, lack of return calls, and constant unnecessary disruption to my power on a very hot, humid day <br />"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Clark Fork, ID

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
