"All new roof thanks to Xtreme Xteriors and their professional perseverance! The damage initially started with a huge hail storm June 25, 2025, and further wind and hail damage in subsequent storms. Two other roofing companies said it could not be done. My insurance company turned it down 3 times. Phillip Groover was amazing. He would not give up. They finally agreed to covering half of the roof. BUT Phillip would not stop there. 5 visits, photos, videos, negotiations. He got me 100% coverage. "I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the sales rep. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions (of

"They had promised they would get it done in one day.  Seven guys arrived on time and it was amazing to watch them.
They covered the ground area with large tarps and stripped the roof .  They replaced some boards that were rotted and which had been pointed out to us in the attic during the estimate and which was included in the price. They installed  the Weather Watch ice and water shield and ridge vent exhaust.  They then shingled the roof with GAF Timberline shingles with 50 year non prorated labor warranty.   They were done by 6 in the afternoon and had cleaned up every scrap on the property.  The dumpster was picked up the next business day.  We are extremely happy with the outcome."
