"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"This total townhouse renovation greatly exceeded our expectations for quality and workmanship. This house was a challenge as it is 43 years old, and now it looks like a brand new model home. They make sure the project stays on schedule. We left a house key with ARMS Home Improvement, and moved out. They worked on their own and provided detailed photos of progress. They treat your house as if it belongs to them, and do not cut corners on anything. We highly recommend them to others looking for quality work to be done right the first time. We still need some more work to be done, and will contract with them again."

Dreamville Remodeling oversaw and executed a major addition to our home - the addition of a new kitchen, bathroom and basement transformation along with turning our carport into a living room, and internal restructuring to create new rooms for new uses. It was easy to work collaboratively with them, as we brought our ideas and vision for how we wanted the house to look, feel and function, and they brought their experience for making our vision a reality. We appreciated their frank but respectful input on a number of decisions ("really, the master bathroom should have two sinks") which have proven to be the correct choices! While a significant renovation, we were still able to live in the rest of the house as it went on. We also appreciated their input on decorating decisions (e.g., tile, paint, fixtures) that to us seemed initially overwhelming (so. many. colors.). They helped us zero in on styles we liked, and make decisions that created warm spaces that felt like "us." "Note this review is for removing carpet and replacing with corelux floors in about 400 sq feet and recaulking and reglazing 2 bathrooms. Very professional and understanding of my budget needs. Juan was super patient with me; I modified the quote request about 10 times. His crew was kind, careful with clean up and ensuring they had drop cloths over as many areas as possible and always took their shoes off if walking on uncovered floor. They stuck to the timeline and budget. Couldnâ t be happier!"

Over the years I have had workers here to do some renovations and repairs. Matthew Willis of Willis Builders, the Project Manager Marcelo Gomes, and all the workers that came to my house were very professional. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of this renovation.
