The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. "Allen Metcalf is an artist. He doesn’t just build something, he creates. This is the second project he has done for us and replaced a small deck outside our sunroom that as rotting. Allen pointed out that more than one piece of structural wood needed replacing. He also pointed out where the deck and addition weren’t properly anchored to the house. He submitted a 14 page estimate detailing everything he would be using and doing. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
