"First, they responded by phone within an hour of my requesting a quote through Angie's. The dispatcher, Bona, was friendly and knowledgeable, and she said that Fred could come out the next morning between 9-10am, which he did. Fred did a great job. He's very thorough and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do and the reasons for doing each thing, and then went over each item when he was finished. I was very impressed and definitely will use them again for future plumbing needs."

"I would recommend Remedy P&D to anyone needing a plumber. They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The plumber arrived on time and was dressed in a professional company uniform. The plumber also recommended a quick cost saving option for fixing my upstairs bathroom drain. Instead of trying to make a quick buck by over charging me on a simple fix he advised me to save the cost and do his recommendation."

"I’m so glad for the opportunity to write this review -because they were wonderful, the best! They were a godsend for me, because I don’t have much money, but desperately needed a plumber. -Three other plumbers came and gave me estimates that were outrageous, i simply didn’t have that much money, so i couldn’t do it. I was in distress…-but then I found Pipeworks Plumbing! The nice lady was so down to earth, took my call right away, she was ONLY Plumbing company who didn’t make me jump through hoops, -she was willing to give me a fair estimate over the phone, and it almost seemed too good to be true! -They came and did the work—and the price stayed the same—exactly what she said-which was -half the price-of what everyone else wanted to charge! It was the biggest blessing, I’m so relieved and happy…! Plus, the men/plumbers were very good people too, I felt safe having them in my home, there was some laughter, goodness, and they did a great job! This is how Every Plumber should be-then the world would be a better place…. -Thank you, Thank You…Pipeworks Plumbing—May your company be Blessed beyond measure!"

"They contacted me the day I posted the need for a plumber, came out the next day, fixed the problem and did it for the best price of all the plumbers I called. Highly recommend this business."

"BFMD Drain Cleaning ,Sewer and Water Main Replacement did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my clogged sewer line. Artie made the appointment the same day and arrived on time. He explained everything to me. He then had Nick come out and Nick found the clog and cleared it. Artie and Nick were both very professional. I would highly recommend BFMD. I had unsatisfactory results from two other plumbers. I told Artie I felt like an angel had sent him to me."

"Rema was very thorough when installing my new kitchen faucet. He came to my home at 6:15pm, which surprised me. In my experience, it’s difficult to get a plumber past 5pm! My faucet works perfectly and he was very nice. He said he has been doing plumbing for 20 years! I think I have found my “go to” plumber!"

"Prime Plumbing provided excellent customers service from the beginning to the end. Rob was very thorough when he came out to provide estimate, financing options and gave good explanation of what was needed to replace my direct vent hot water tank for my condo. Rob was also the one who installed the hot water tank and did an excellent job. Direct vent hot water tanks are much more expensive than your standard hot water tank, so it was pricey. I initially found Prime Plumbing on Angie's list and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. I'm a single female in my early 60's. I did end up using my own financing because their finance company interest rates were way too high for someone with excellent credit. Do rate comparison first."

"They arrived early and immediately began assessing my plumbing issues. They went beyond by taking time to carefully analyze the real issues and extent of the leak. This involved a major cast iron pipe and they alerted me to the extent of the problem. I was clearly shown the problem and was given options in how to remedy the leaking pipes. The price given was fair and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I decided to move forward and they worked several hours. They left to get the necessary parts and came back — working until the work was completed and fully tested. They had the necessary skills and equipment to do the job.I was extremely happy with the work ethic and professionalism. They cleaned up as well as reattached my laundry tub. The owner is a master plumber with over a decade of experience which was clearly evident in taking care of my project."

"This company is extremely responsive and was able come same day. My sewer pipe was unclogged within two hours and my bathroom was left in clean condition. The plumber also made several helpful suggestions on other things he noticed, and did so in a helpful, no pressure manner. I would hire this company again, and I recommend them."

"Would hire them again. Fixed a plumbing issue that another plumber could not repair correctly."
