"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."

"I have a small roof that is in good shape and wanted a professional roofer to reseal around the chimney flashing and replace any missing or damaged shingles prior to sale. <br>Bill not only resealed the flashing but also resealed the other vents and caulked a crack in the chimney mortar.  He carried shingles in several colors with him so the one or two shingles he replaced were a close match to the existing shingles. <br>Additionally, he wrote an assessment of the roof on his invoice that I will be able to use during the sale. <br>Quite a lot more than expected and I will absolutely call him when needed again. <br>"

"John and Susie were great to work with. They were always prompt and came out to see us in a timely manor. We had a couple estimates and they were definitely reasonable. Their estimate for K-guard was cheaper than one of our estimates for normal gutters. We needed some extra work done to replace rotten wood and cover some other areas with flashing and John made sure to include everything in the very comprehensive estimate. The work performed was very good and you could tell John and the install team cared about the work and how it was performed. He is definitely the type of contractor you want to do business with. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends."

"<p>Though I did not provide a review at the time. It is not a reflection on AA Roofing. I loved these guys. First of all I am a woman, the owner came taked to me as if I was a intellgent human being. Not as though I was a dummy. I didn't know much when I got started but I did my research and found out what I needed to know about getting this roof repaired. Other companies sent hot looking guys to take with me. But I am a girl who looks at the bottom line.. <br /> The owner came. We talked about what it would cost me--around $4,900 if memory failed me. He was not the cheapest, but he explained to me the methodolgy he would be using as wells as the materials. This was very much in line with my research. I want quality and a believe I got it. The office staff was very pleasent and responsive as was the owner. I have his card around here, and I apologize for forgetting his hame. <br /> This was a major job. The mansard roof with slate was replaced, cooper They reparied most of the roof. Rubber was torched and sealed. I asked for pictures. I got approximately 30 pictures. The pictures encompass each stage of the repairs.The stripping and then the repair. I was blown aways, I did not anticipate so many. That lead me to pay for the aluminum coating of the roof and the front porch.<br /> After the work was done, they cleaned the areas and took away the refuse.</p> I did have on minor issues. There was a leak around the sunroof. I have them a call they came back the next morning and took care of the issue. NO MORE ISSUES. I AM HAPPY AND RECOMMEND AA ROOFING TO ANY AND EVERYONE. "Lewis and his crew did a fabulous job from start to finish. I have had horrible experiences with contractors in the past, overcharging for terrible work and making the situation worse, but Lewis was honest and reliable. He responded quickly to my call even during the busy season. He gave me an honest and fair estimate, and then continued to answer tons of questions that I had over the following months while I was getting other quotes and trying to make a decision. Lewis was patient and responsive, and after many months I decided to take the plunge. Lewis did everything above-board, getting the permits and approval from the historic district. His crew worked diligently through snow and freezing temperatures to completely replace my leaking roof and did a superb job paying attention to every tiny detail. Lewis communicated with me daily about everything they were doing. I have never had a contractor be so accommodating and communicative. I was so impressed with his crew that I ended up adding on more extras to the job and had him repair and refinish a roof on a second property I own. My roof looks spectacular now - much better than the old slate I had to replace. It was a complicated job which involved the replacement of a lot of rotten wood, old insulation, mansard roof sides and a flat roof with multiple old skylights. I would recommend him without any reservations to any of my friends and will use him for any roofing issue I ever have in the future."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving.
