Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

They did a great job communicating timeline, expectations, and options up front, and then executed the job really well.  Steven and his team were all helpful and easy to work with.
