Alexander took the time to work with me on choosing and matching the stain color and that was a process and he was so accommodating and patient. The team worked hard to prepare the deck before staining by installing new handrails, securing planks, sanding, and moving my furniture. He even fixed my gate which was not installed properly. "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "We are very impressed from the hard work, thoroughness and professionalism of the ARHT Home Solution team. They replaced the roofs of our house and garage, changed the gutters and even painted the ceiling in one room and bathroom to cover the spots from roof leakages. They began the work at 7 am and continued until 9 pm, at the end they cleaned all debris in our yard and even our neighbors yards. Mr. Calderone who was leading the team, explained in detail every step of the work,, provided pictures with roof females and suggested the best solution. They did a great job.
