Having talked to Mr. Appliance of Howard County's customer service, shortly thereafter, the owner of the company gave me a call personally to tell me why he felt likely I had been given a misdiagnosis to correct my problem. He gave me four other possible reasons to correct my issue and felt a service call to re-diagnose was what really was needed.
