"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. "We found our roof to be leaking and didn’t really know where to turn. A quick search here and a posting of my project and True Built was our choice. A) they called me quickly. No one else even called. B) Brian was at my door within 90 minutes and spent some time assessing and going over my options with me. He was super knowledgeable, offered a reasonable price, and was able to get the repair done on the same visit. He even took the time to tack down some loose gutter and inform me about some potential chimney work. I appreciated their electronic invoice payment as well. I’d highly recommend them for roof and gutter work and will be working with them again. Thanks guys!!"

"From beginning to end, Roofing Above All, excelled in giving me quality service and value for my money. Sheldon was responsive to all the questions and concerns I had, without making me feel like I was bothering him. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything so well! The quality of the work was also above expectations and the one small thing I wanted adjusted was fixed to my liking. I would definitely recommend this company and Sheldon to anyone who needs roofing services!"

"Chris and crew did a really good job on my roof and met all my expectations. Thy further solved my attic ventilation problems on my 130 yr. old home by installing edge vents and ridge vents.
