Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Richard came out to measure the floor and to give us an estimate to install a new floor.  However, when he got there and looked at the existing damage, he assured us that his people could repair the problem for only the cost of a service call.  I was very impressed with Richard's honesty!  I doubt that many business owners would have been honest enough to bring up the option of repairing the existing floor, especially since it was obvious that I was fully expecting to replace it.  He basically gave up the revenue from a full floor replacement (likely to be about $8000) for the fee of a service call.  (The repairman came out today, and did an excellent job of repairing the floor.)  I was very impressed and appreciative, and Bilbie's will definitely be first in line when I have any flooring work to be done in the future."
