"Great! Excellent communication from the project manager, work crew went out of their way to do a great job and to pick up materials for me when delivery wasn't possible. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. Work was done on time and on budget. Kitchen looks great and I couldn't be happier. The price was for labor and raw materials. We supplied the cabinets, lighting, countertops, sink, appliances, and windows. We also decided to get the attic insulated at the same time at their suggestion- that addition was not included in the cost below (I don't remember how much it was but it was reasonable.) Here's what the work included: Demo existing kitchen including walls, floor, ceiling and windows. New electrical sub panel and wiring in kitchen Gas line added to kitchen (gas was already in the basement area) Installation of new walls, floors, ceiling, windows, doors, trim Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink Painting Attic insulation (additional)"

"Bear Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. The team was nice, courteous and worked hard to get what I wanted. They paid attention to every detail and made sure the design matched my idea. They also did some interior painting and made the whole room look cohesive and stylish. "We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking."

"The remodel has truly revitalized my home. From start to finish, your expert advice, thoughtful design choices, and flawless execution have resulted in a space that feels fresh, modern, and exactly as I imagined."

"My project was a major renovation of a 1985 Victorian home that suffered a devastating fire. Erik and his team did a beautiful job following my architect’s plans, and was also proactive about calling out necessary changes. He was very patient with all of my changes and very specific requests, and was a very calming influence when unexpected surprises inevitably arose during construction. The final results are beautiful, and an historic house has been saved. I look forward to working with Erik again in the future!"
