"I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.
In addition, the plumber that was sent, spent two hours at my home. There was no additional charge.

"I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I received from Arc Water Damage. A broken pipe under my house resulted in a sewage spill. I received very professional and friendly service from my first call to Nina, the owner/office manager, to the crew that came to my house to do the cleanup. Tyrone was great. Due to pipes over the area requiring clean up, he had a very cramped area to work in. My plumbers were able to come in the next day and work in a fresh clean area. "This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.
