"It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."

"Oh my word, I hired them to power wash my desk railings and we have a lot of them. Three guys showed up, all pleasant and professional, they must have spent all afternoon working on my railings. I thought it would take an hour at most, but no, they went to town, power washing everything in sight, my umbrella that had mildew on it, the decks, other fence areas, etc. they just took it upon themselves to get the whole place cleaned up. And at the price they initially quoted me. There was not a spot of dirt or grime left. I have never before seen such an amazing job being done. They used ladders, ropes, bent over railings, went upside down on the railings, sideways, from the back and the front, got every bit of dirt off. I wish I had photos but I am not there now. The railings had mildew and were all green, it it spotless, all white now. I can’t thank them enough, you will be very pleased using them, I promise you. Thank you Ortiz, see you again next year! My existing stair set was a poorly built by a different contractor who slapped it together and became a hazard with flimsy boards and weak structure. It’s refreshing to see a pair of brothers dedicated to their craft and I gotta say, the stairs are built more solid than the deck!!! Very responsive, professional, and timely!!!
