"AWFUL! Messina Plumbing & Heating was hired as a sub contractor through Garrison Homes to install plumbing fixtures I provided as well as install new HVAC systems in a home I owned. Doors were left wide open in the middle of winter with the heat on while the guys went to lunch, the drains weren't installed properly and caused damage to the walls and floors in the lower level, and they refused to provide documentation that repair work was completed nearly causing the buyers to lose the property. The owner, Charlie Messina, claims he stands behind his work but does not!!! His guys left a mess every time they were at my property and I got billed by the contractor for cleaning it up...repeatedly! I would NEVER recommend Charles Messina's companies!!!"

"Disappointing experience with this company. Repair was done when I was not at home and was satisfactory but the plumber left some unexplained holes in the floor. They also overcharged my credit card and did not respond to phone calls or a formal letter to resolve the situation. The owner tells you he'll call you back but he never does. You have to keep calling back."

He explained the cost of immediate service and cost or if I was able to request for the next day. We decided to wait and when I called to schedule a service call, we were proactively put on the schedule. Service Tech Chris was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He solved our issue and restored our heater. We were very pleased with the sense of urgency and quality of services!"

He has spent time on the phone with me when I have had questions about an issue that was water related (water filter) but not truly a plumbing issue. He talked me through some trouble shooting, and let me know while it wasn't something a plumber would normally handle, I should call the water filter company for service. He didn't leave it there, he called back a few days later to check in on the issue and make sure everything worked out.
