"They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

"As you can see from the before pics we greatly needed some help with our driveway and moving dirt to backfill our barn. I found Tactical Earthworks LLC through a friend and they did not disappoint. CJ showed up on time and immediately got to work. He was able to repair the middle hump in our long drive (about 600ft) and cut a new drive ready for stone to our pole barn (another 200ft). He also leveled out and cleared the overgrowth of our roundabout and driveway by the house. He did all of this and we didn’t have to bring in a single load of gravel. We also had 2 tri-axle loads of fill dirt delivered to backfill our pole barn that he quickly leveled out and graded away from the barn to ensure sufficient runoff. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. If you want quality work at a great price hit up Tactical Earthworks LLC. You won’t be disappointed"

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."
