One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "I had some wood trim (windows, etc) and a mailbox post that poor shape from weathering, needed repair/replacement and painting. Brinson came out for the estimate and we worked up the list of things to do quickly and talked about options. I neglected to show Brinson one of the windows that needed work (it hides behind a tree so Brinson missed it too) and the front door trim. Brinson also neglected to add the mailbox post to the estimate but I showed it to him and we discussed it. I sent him photos of the second window and door and he worked up a new estimate without a second visit. The work was scheduled quickly and Aaron came out to do the work. He did excellent work even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was planned for two days so he had to come back on Sunday to finish up. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work."
