He helped us pick out our new washer dryer and installed it for us; that makes it sound like an easy job, but it was NOT. The cords in the back of the appliances gave us an issue, but he worked endlessly to make sure that our new pieces fit seamlessly into our laundry closet. The install should have taken way less time than he actually spent doing it, but he would not give up and spent extra hours of his time to make sure the job was done perfectly. "We were desperate in that we had started a bathroom floor tile project (in a home we had just moved into) a week before guests were to arrive.  We were shocked to find that the floor around the toilet was completely eaten away with dry rot which had to be ripped out and replaced.  We decided to call in oodjobsri.com.  Derek took our call and came out on a Saturday to price the job.  Came back the next day (at 9:00 am on a Sunday!) and worked for four hours to rip out two layers of laminate and rotted sub floor, made sure the joists were in good shape, replaced the subfloor with one which we could tile over and left the place looking ten times cleaner than when they arrived.  they were professional, were able to work us in easily and the cost was certainly lower than we expected.  Would highly recommend.

"We were extremely pleased with all the work done by this person all of which was done at a very fair and reasonable price. Dani did multiple projects and did them all very well. He cleaned and painted 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and the entry and hallway. All walls, ceilings and trim were painted and the job was very neat. He replaced three smoke/co2 alarms, a toilet seat and a kitchen sink spray hose. In addition they did a deep cleaning of the entire apartment, appliances, cabinets bathrooms, etc. It is now rent ready and looks terrific."

"I did use CORNERSTONE CONTRACTORS, I was very pleased and I actually hired them to replace my roof, and I was very pleased. They repaired a hole in the roof that was made by a squirrel, which I didn't know, my roof was leaking and he told me that was a squirrel. When they replaced the roofing they had to strip 2 layers of roofing and put on new sub roofing under it, so it was an extensive job and that was not the cheapest estimate I got but it was a lot cheaper than some of them. I just recommended them to my daughter and she had her roof done by them. I don't need another roof."
