"We had AmeriGutter replace all of our gutters and fascia boards in fall 2018. Overall we were very happy. Although it took many weeks after we signed the contract for the work to start, the crew was very professional and worked fairly quickly. I can't say enough about Carlos the job captain who was polite and really seemed to care about doing the job correctly. Brad the owner was responsive when the crew found carpenter ants and we needed to wait for bug treatment and then expand the job to replace all the fascia boards. They also came out again a few weeks later after we had some minor punch-list items. I waited until spring to post the review to see how the gutters performed -- so far, so good! We had four quotes and AmeriGutter was the only company that would do wood fascia boards AND paint them before the gutters were installed. I'm sure the PVC boards last longer but the cost for those seemed high. Costs were in line with rival firms. One strange thing is that the salesman (Andrew) quoted for painting the fascia boards, but I later had the impression that this was a rare option that the crew didn't often do -- they had a special painter guy with them who was new to the company. On the plus side he was also great!"

He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."
