He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. In 23 days - yes 23 days - Al completely gutted the kitchen, arranged for granite counters, cupboards and old appliances to be taken away and then proceeded to build us a kitchen that is not only functional - it is beautiful! He had to match in hardwood flooring and I still cannot see where the new flooring begins.
