"My garage door would not close and was stuck open with both cables on either side of the door unspooled from the drum and essentially locking the door at 3ft open. I used Angi to look up nearby contractors and A1 came up. They contacted me very quickly and when I acknowledged I needed service, they were on site within the hour! The end result is that they repaired my issue so that I can use the door again. To get to that point - they walked me through what they planned to do. Midway through the repair, they did ask to meet with me to recommend fully replacing all bars, springs, cables and tracks (for about $1600-$1800), but I declined as I was not ready to make that large a decision and may want to change the garage door in the future. There was a bit of back and forth on whether they would tighten the springs which were insufficiently wound, but they did in the end. I would work with them again. I'd prefer full discussion on what they can do to finish the requested job first."

"Service was excellent, and they charged me less than the quote. Also helped with an additional repair I hadn t noticed at a very low price. Much better company than their competitors in the area"

"Excellent customer service. Punctual. Garage Door has rusted and came off track. They quickly repaired, had supplies on hand and was done within 30 mins. Garage is now so much quieter when opening and closing. We highly recommend and charged us $162 which was less the original quote."

"For weeks I had been trying to get someone to install a garage door but this summers Hail storms have everyone booked. Fortunately, we Met Shawn at his booth at the Anoka County Fair....I almost walked past his booth without stopping assuming he would be booked too....GLAD I STOPPED TO TALK WITH HIM! He came out 2 days later (after dinner) and installed the door. He then came back out on Saturday to install the Lift Master opener. Shawn went above and beyond to help us. He is a hard worker and does a fantastic job! He's my door guy from know on!"

"John's fantastic! I would recommended him to everyone I know -- and to YOU as well. I called Elevated Doors after 7p on a Friday night when our garage door wouldn't open. John was at my house an hour later, replacing the springs. And he had the door fixed <90 min after I first called him. He didn't charge me extra for a rush job or an after-hours call. He was friendly and professional. And he looked over my entire garage door and opener setup, and noticed a bracket that is starting to wear out. (He wasn't trying to upsell. It's a relatively inexpensive repair. He told me to just keep it in mind for the future.) I greatly appreciate John making time to take care of my garage door at the end of his already long work day!"

"Job was completed as promised at an affordable rate. Garage door working well!!"

"Greg did a great job managing my garage build."

"We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door and opener! Affordable, reliable and fast. We highly recommend Garage ResQ!"

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."
