"Ethan did an incredible job building and installing my beautiful ceiling beans, batten board above my fireplace, and in my bedroom and painting my fireplace wall and bedroom focal wall. He made that happen. Other contractors wanted to move the lights in order to place my beams. Ethan took time to figure it all out. Ethan also put a railing on my front porch steps. "The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.
